Like a sprinkle of flaky salt or the squeeze of a good condiment, Drizzle adds a big pop of flavor right before you dig in. (That’s why it’s called a finishing oil!) Drizzle’s flavors are sensitive, though, so keep it off the heat.
The glass bottle fits perfectly in my hand for drizzling over salads and pasta, and the flavors really do come through as a finishing touch. It’s become my last-step ritual before serving dinner, and that pop of taste is exactly what the description promises.
I was skeptical about needing a separate finishing oil, but the flaky-salt comparison is spot on—one drizzle over soup made everything taste brighter. The glass bottles feel sturdy enough to keep on the counter, too.
