“Sizzle” Glass 1 Bottle

Used it for searing chicken and it held up without smoking the kitchen up like my usual EVOO does. The Picual really does feel more stable at higher temps, and the flavor stayed clean.

I was skeptical about using EVOO for high-heat cooking, but this Picual-based bottle handled searing without any burnt taste. The mid-harvest olives give it a mellow, grassy flavor that held up perfectly in a hot pan.
