The zesty Caesar tang hits right away, but the olive oil finish keeps it from being sharp. Crunch is solid, not greasy, and the seasoning is evenly scattered. These have replaced my usual afternoon snack.

The olive oil comes through really nicely on these chips, giving them a rich, Mediterranean flavor that's a step up from standard kettle-cooked ones. Only thing is the bag was a bit emptier than I'd like for the price, but I'm already reaching for another handful.
