“Sizzle” Glass 2 Bottles

The Picual olive really holds up—I've been roasting veggies at 400°F and there's no smoke or burnt taste, just a clean, slightly grassy finish. Only gripe is the bottle's a bit small for how often I cook now.

Used it for a week of high-heat searing and the Picual base held up without smoking or turning bitter, which is more than I can say for my last bottle. Only wish the mid-harvest flavor came through a bit stronger, but for cooking it's solid.
