“Sizzle” Glass 6 Bottles

The Picual olive really holds up—I've seared chicken and roasted veggies at 400°F with zero smoke or burnt taste. Mid-harvest olives give it a buttery finish that works on salads too, so I'm not keeping two bottles around anymore.

I was skeptical about using EVOO for high-heat cooking, but this Picual-based bottle handles searing without smoking or turning bitter. The mid-harvest olives give it a buttery, grassy kick that actually holds up in a hot pan. Ordered a second set already.
